Tajm clock for Rainmeter

Update: November twentythird: v1.3
- Colors are now selected using RainRGB4.exe
- Whole hours are now displayed as 'ELEVEN O'CLOCK PM', instead of 'ELEVEN PM'.
- Same goes for the Dutch translation. ('ELF UUR', instead of 'ELF')

- After changing fontsize, a manual realignment remains necessary.

A port of the Android Tajm Clock

Everything is uploaded in a .rmskin for easy installation.
